Reservation, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservation & Booking Guidelines

All bookings at Aranyam River Retreat require 100% advance payment to confirm your reservation.
For any early check-in or late check-out requests, please notify us in advance. Such requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
At check-in, guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).

               NotePAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID as per government regulations.

If payment is made via credit or debit card, the cardholder must be part of the travelling group and present the card used during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness:

For Individual Bookings (FIT – Up to 5 Rooms)

More than 15 days prior to check-in: 90% refund
814 days before check-in: 45% refund
7 days or less before check-in: No refund

For Group Bookings (6 to 20 Rooms)

30+ days before check-in: 90% refund
1629 days before check-in: 45% refund
15 days or less before check-in: No refund

Important: All cancellation or amendment requests must be made via email to our reservations team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of bank/payment gateway charges and any filed taxes.

Amendment Policy

Changes to existing bookings will be treated as cancellations followed by new reservations.
All amendments are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
Amendments must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to our reservations team, with full booking details and a reason for cancellation. Aranyam reserves all the rights to process refunds at its discretion and in accordance with the cancellation policy shared above.
Approved refunds will be processed within 710 business days from the date of approval.
All applicable transaction or banking charges will be deducted before issuing the refund.

Festive Period Surcharges

During peak festive dates such as Holi, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other celebratory occasions, a mandatory gala dinner and experiences supplement may apply. These charges will be communicated in advance and are not included in standard packages.

Dining Notes

Breakfast Timings: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Any breakfast service requested outside of these hours will be chargeable.
