Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness:
For Individual Bookings (FIT – Up to 5 Rooms)
For Group Bookings (6 to 20 Rooms)
Important: All cancellation or amendment requests must be made via email to our reservations team. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deduction of bank/payment gateway charges and any filed taxes.

Festive Period Surcharges
During peak festive dates such as Holi, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other celebratory occasions, a mandatory gala dinner and experiences supplement may apply. These charges will be communicated in advance and are not included in standard packages.
