Reservation Policy

• All bookings at Aranyam River Retreat require 100% advance payment to confirm the reservation.
• For any early check-in or late check-out requests, guests are requested to inform us in advance. Such requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• At the time of check-in, every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof, such as:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License

Note: PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity proof as per government regulations.

• If payment is made using a credit or debit card, the cardholder must be a part of the travelling group and must present the same card used during the booking process at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

Individual Bookings (FIT – Up to 5 Rooms)

• More than 30 days before check-in:
  75% refund (25% of the total billing amount will be charged).
• 8–29 days before check-in:
  50% refund (50% of the total billing amount will be charged).
• 7 days or less before check-in:
  No refund (100% of the total billing amount will be charged).

Group Bookings (6–20 Rooms)

• More than 60 days before check-in:
  75% refund (25% of the total billing amount will be charged).
• 16–59 days before check-in:
  50% refund (50% of the total billing amount will be charged).
• 15 days or less before check-in:
  No refund (100% of the total billing amount will be charged).

Important:
All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted via email to our Reservations Team. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting bank/payment gateway charges and applicable taxes, wherever applicable.

Amendment Policy

• Any modification to an existing booking will be treated as a cancellation followed by a new reservation.
• All amendments are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Amendment requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our Reservations Team, along with complete booking details and the reason for cancellation.
• Aranyam River Retreat reserves the right to process refunds at its discretion and in accordance with the cancellation policy stated above.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
• Applicable transaction, banking, or payment gateway charges will be deducted before issuing the refund.

Festive Period Surcharges

During peak festive occasions such as Holi, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and other special celebrations, a mandatory Gala Dinner and Experience Supplement may be applicable.

These additional charges will be communicated in advance and are not included in standard room packages.

Dining Notes

Breakfast Timing:
7:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Any breakfast service requested outside the scheduled timings will be chargeable.
