Surrounded by wide-open spaces and pristine natural beauty, the resort encourages you to spend most of your time outdoors, immersed in a variety of experiential, recreational, and wellness activities. Whether you are engaging in adventure sports, exploring nature trails, or unwinding through yoga and meditation, Aranyam is about connection, not convention. Answer: No. Aranyam is located at village Sindhudi in Mohanchatti (District Pauri Garhwal), which is an adventure sports, wellness and birding hotspot near Rishikesh. Mohanchatti is about 18 kms from Natraj Chowk at Rishikesh and 12 kms from Brahmpuri/Garurchatti Bridge. Neelkanth Mahadev Temple (15 kms) is one of the most revered Hindu shrines close to Aranyam.
Answer: No. Aranyam has about a five hundred feet of mesmerizing, pristine waterfront of River Hyule which is a tributary of Ganges, and is a perennial mountain stream. You and your entire family can safely enjoy splashing around here on your next holiday with us. Hyule merges with Ganges about 6 kms downstream at the confluence.
Answer: Many. Gweel Village, Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat Rishikesh, Mahadev Sain Temple, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, Patna Waterfall, Janki Setu, Ram Jhula, Vashisht Caves, Rajaji Tiger Reserve, Rishikesh Main Town, Haridwar, Dehradun, Sangam at Devprayag, to name a few.
Answer: No and Yes. No, because Aranyam is located on the other bank of river Hyule, opposite the main road and is accessible by foot through a vintage, exotic, suspension bridge (a hot favourite of Selfie fans). Vehicles may be parked on the road side since the traffic is usually low and in general the region is known to have extremely low crime rate. The total walk from the drop off point to the lobby is about 350 meter / 10 minutes. Porter available on request for personal baggage. Yes, because post the monsoons the river level goes down and most SUVs and some hatchback cars can steer through the shallow waters and reach till our main gate.
Answer: No, we are sorry but at the moment we do not permit pets at our resort.
